The Chrome extension flags duplicates at capture in three ways: by content, by source URL, and by academic identifier (DOI). 2. **Extract.** Files are turned into clean, structured text. Scanned PDFs are OCR'd. Speaker notes are pulled from slide decks. Spreadsheets keep their table structure. Audio recordings are transcribed. Embedded images and charts are described in natural language so visual content becomes searchable. 3. **Enrich.** Extracted text is analysed automatically — language detection, document-type and domain classification, named-entity extraction, key-term extraction, summarisation, comparative term scoring, and similarity scoring. 4. **Make it visual.** Text analysis from the enrichment is visualized together with the analyst workflow in mind.
