Stockholm, Sweden – December 20th, 2024. Parsd, a Swedish AI startup, has secured its first customer by integrating its AI-enabled Digital Research Platform into a pilot project at the Swedish Defense University (Försvarshögskolan).
In addition to delivering its Digital Research Platform, the company will advise teachers, researchers, and students participating in the pilot project on practical learning activities and provide recommendations for implementing AI-driven software solutions in courses and research activities.
“We’re thrilled to collaborate with the Swedish Defence University and introduce our Digital Research Platform to the academic ecosystem,” says Alexandra Kafka Larsson, CEO of Parsd. “Our platform can transform complex fields like defense and security studies by streamlining workflows, giving researchers and students more time to think when engaging in impactful research.”
Over the past year, the Digital Research Platform has undergone rigorous testing with over 25 users. It has proven effective in tasks such as transcribing and analyzing meetings, analyzing research papers, offering insights for future studies, and supporting policymaking and research initiatives. “We look forward to continuing the platform’s development in close collaboration with our users,” adds Kafka Larsson. “The commercial launch is a key milestone on our mission to empower fact-based analysis in democracies worldwide.
“Seamless end-to-end digital workflows alleviate the burden of time-consuming manual tasks while ensuring outputs remain fact-based and rooted in curated sources,” concludes Alexandra Kafka Larsson.
